香港迪士尼樂園於2005年9月12日在大嶼山的竹篙灣開幕，依照加利福尼亞洲迪士尼樂園的模式設計，目前 是全世界最細小，也是價格最便宜的迪士尼樂園。
Hong Kong Disneyland was grand opened on 12 September, 2005 at Penny's Bay Lantau Island. Hong Kong Disneyland offers a world-class, unique family entertainment experience inspired by the original Disneyland in California. At present is the smallest, also is the price cheapest Disneyland in the World.

乘搭港鐵東涌線到欣澳站，轉乘無人駕駛的迪士尼線，由迪士尼主題列車行駛。列車設計獨特，由地鐵（現稱港鐵）公司及迪士尼的 幻想工程師攜手設計，是全球首列專為迪士尼主題公園而設的列車專線，乘搭迪士尼線是遊覽迪士尼樂園不容錯過的精彩 部分。
